New Construction Inspections (3 stages)

New home construction is on the rise in Orange County, Seminole County, and Brevard County because of the reasonable costs, proximity to popular destinations and businesses, and the attractive Central Florida weather. There are several stages to new construction and each step is just as important in order to build a high-quality home. Nothing should be overlooked as it is detrimental to the home’s overall quality and functionality. The overall build and quality of a house will have a direct effect on its appeal and value which is why a new construction inspection should be implemented by a professional property inspector.

Osborne Property Inspection will send out a lead inspector to perform a nonbiased professional inspection of new construction in the Central Florida region. These inspections will focus on the quality and installation process and practices during the construction process. Our 3-stage phase inspection process is conducted by one of our experienced inspectors to ensure that any defects within your home are covered. Here are the stages :

1.      Pre-pour inspection – the first inspection is to check the foundation prior to the concrete being poured.

2.      Framing inspection – the second inspection will be done prior to the interior walls and insulation is installed.

3.      Final inspection – the third and final inspection takes place after the home is completed and will be given a thorough walkthrough.

A 3-stage new construction inspection will help promote quality control during the building phase and can greatly influence the end result of your new home. Osborne Property Inspections will ensure that all stages are properly implemented in order to have an excellent quality new home.
