4-point Inspection 

If your home residence or rental property in Central Florida is 30 years old, your insurance company will require you get a 4-point inspection by a licensed home inspection company, in order to get a policy. During your home’s 4-point inspection our professional inspector will inspect the following:

 1.      Roof- Type of roofing (tile, shingles, rolled). The current condition of the roof and age. Leaks, holes, or missing roofing.

2.      Heating & Cooling- Is the home equipped with heating and cooling? Age and condition of the system. Any leakage, damages, or hazards?

3.      Electrical System- Type of wiring throughout the home, brand of electrical panel, and the condition of the home’s electrical system.

4.      Plumbing System- Type of supply and drain lines in the home. Age of hot water heater. Are there any current leaks or damages?

 Getting a 4-point inspection only helps you get homeowners insurance, but you can get assurance that your older home is safe to occupy.
